The following is a press release from the One Pack NIL Collective.
RALEIGH, N.C. – Fresh off a series of successful fundraising campaigns and engagements with student-athletes, Pack of Wolves and Savage Wolves are uniting to create One Pack NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) collective.
Embracing the spirit of NC State, the rebranded collective will work to provide NIL opportunities benefiting all 550-plus Wolfpack student-athletes. One Pack NIL is powered by Blueprint Sports (BPS), the industry-leader in powering full-service NIL collectives nationwide.
In a move applauded by NC State’s Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan, the uniting of these two successful organizations will create a clear direction for all Wolfpack stakeholders to directly support the NIL efforts of the world-class student-athletes at NC State.
“The creation of One Pack NIL will bring even more opportunities to our talented and deserving student-athletes,” said Boo Corrigan, NC State’s Director of Athletics. “Having all NIL opportunities under one roof will make it easier for supporters, fans, and alumni to learn about all the ways they can support Wolfpack student-athletes and help them succeed in this new era of collegiate athletics.”
Underneath the umbrella of One Pack NIL, Savage Wolves will continue as a club within the collective - dedicated to securing NIL opportunities and engagements specifically for members of the NC State Football team. In conjunction, Savage Wolves founder Tom Livolsi will continue in his role to lead development and fundraising efforts for Savage Wolves.
“Savage Wolves, as part of the new One Pack NIL Collective, will continue to offer NC State football fans and supporters incredible access and unforgettable experiences,” Livolsi said. “There’s no other fan base in the country that is more deserving of success, and I think this is the opportunity for our fan base to be a part of it through NIL.”
The Board of Directors of One Pack NIL will include leaders of industry and NC State supporters, including Reid Johnson, Clyde Phillips, and Steve Williams. In addition to the Board of Directors, a formal Advisory Board will be named to combine all talents, strengths, and resources for NC State student-athletes via One Pack NIL.
The collective will be staffed by a dedicated full-time team to manage daily operations, fundraising campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and more. This team will include General Manager Chris Vurnakes, Associate General Manager Hannah Foederer, and Corporate Sales Manager Carly Venick.
“This is an exciting day for me, as we work together to provide the best Collective in the country for our student athletes at NC State,” said Vurnakes. “This combination of effort and resources will take us to a new level of NIL.”
One Pack supporters, alumni, and fans have three simple ways to contribute to the collective:
- Donations: Make a tax-deductible donation to One Pack through a partnership with the BPS Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit. Student-athletes will partner with a local nonprofit to work on charitable causes and commit to community service hours.
- Membership: Become a member of One Pack and receive exclusive member benefits, like meet-and-greets with student-athletes, autographed merchandise, and more.
- Corporate Sponsorship: NIL allows local and national sponsors to partner with NC State student-athletesfor endorsement deals, marketing campaigns, appearances, and other projects.
“I am very proud of the work that has been done over the past several months by our staff and am thrilled to see how this next chapter of NIL at NC State allows us to support our studentathletes and help keep NC State athletics competitive” said Reid Johnson, One Pack NIL Board President.
The launch of One Pack NIL includes a rebranded logo, as well as a new website with a revamped membership program. Existing members of both collectives will transition into the new membership structure and will have access to unique and exclusive benefits throughout the year.
