Chris Vurnakes

Executive Director

Chris is a Durham, NC native and life-long North Carolinian. He graduated from NC State University with an undergraduate (2008) and Masters degree (2010) in Sport Management. Most recently Chris served as the Executive Director of West Raleigh Baseball Association. Previously, Chris also worked with Octagon, IMG College, the Carolina RailHawks, the Durham Bulls and the NC State ticket office. Chris married his wife Alison in 2014. They have two daughters, Olivia and Ava, and live in Holly Springs.

Steve Williams

Membership Manager

Steve is an Oxford, NC native and lifelong Wolfpack fan. He served six years in the United States Marines, finishing with a tour of duty in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. Afterwards Steve went to work with the Department of Justice where he worked for 29 years before retiring in 2020. In 1999 Steve became the lead football recruiting analyst at The Wolfpacker and over the next 25 years has amassed a loyal following of NC State fans across three popular fan sites. Steve is married to his wife, Lisa and they reside in Wake Forest. They have two sons, Justin and Ryan.

John Denton

Director of Corporate Partnerships

John is a proud High Point, NC native and lifelong Wolfpack fan. He graduated from NC State University and is currently pursuing his master’s at Ohio University. Previously, John worked in corporate partnerships with the Charlotte Knights, Philadelphia Flyers/Comcast Spectacor, Florida Atlantic University/Learfield, and was a part of building start-up FlexWork Sports Management.

Joey Ingebritson 

Director of Corporate Partnerships

Joey is a south Florida native with a passion for college athletics and the NIL landscape. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a concentration in Sports and Entertainment Management. Joey went on to earn both his MBA  and Master of Sport Administration degrees from Ohio University. Before joining One Pack, Joey served as the Manager of Business Development for Learfield at UNC Greensboro, where he was responsible for creating and cultivating lasting relationships with partners. Prior to that, he spent time with Wasserman, and Learfield at Ohio University. Joey is engaged to his fiancée, Lauren, and they are set to be married in May of 2026. They are excited to call Raleigh home and look forward to being part of the community.
